New Mexico Community Development Loan Fund
The New Mexico Community Development Loan Fund is a financial intermediary that provides loans and technical assistance to for-profit and non-profit businesses and organizations to support the creation and preservation of jobs, the development of affordable housing and the provision of basic human services in low-income communities.

Women's Economic Self-sufficiency Team (WESST Corp.)
WESST Corp is a non-profit business and technical assistance organization that facilitates the start-up and growth of small businesses in the State of New Mexico. Headquartered in Albuquerque, WESST Corp also has regional offices in Farmington, Las Cruces, Roswell, Santa Fe and Taos. WESST Corp provides small loans to emerging business and extensive technical assistance.

North Central New Mexico Economic Development District
This is a revolving loan fund similar to IDC (below) that makes financial assistance available to expanding firms that may have difficulty obtaining bank credit. NCNMEDD often makes bank participation loans. The fund only works in specific northern New Mexico Counties excluding Santa Fe. The fund is managed by the Tri Area association for Economic Development (TRADE).

New Mexico Industry Development Corporation
This is a revolving loan fund seeded by the Economic Development Administration and NMCDGB funds. IDC makes financial assistance available to expanding firms (especially manufacturing) that may have difficulty obtaining bank credit. IDC often makes bank participation loans. This fund works in the twenty poorest counties in the State with the exception of the counties served by North Central (above).
